Waterless Hand Cleaner

We make all our products handmade and in small batches, no batch of soap will be the same in shape, size, or weight. Same with the bath bombs, each batch will vary in shape, size, and color Please accept differences in our designs. 

Due to the nature of our business and where we are as a country, we will not be accepting any returns that are open. If you have received the wrong item or your package is damaged, please contact us for further instructions to receive a product. Once you open the product we will not accept it for return or refund. Our products are personal items and we are sure you understand why we can not accept returns, but please reach out to us and we will work with you for a solution. 

Candles Only: There is a 14-day return for candles that have not been used. Once we receive the unused candle you will receive store credit.

It is the responsibility of the user of our soaps to make sure they are not allergic to our products. Everyone’s skin is different and you must test soaps as you would anything else. If you are known to have sensitive skin, please test the soap on a small part of your arm for a few days before using it all over. We are not responsible for an allergic reaction, skin sensitivity, and/or irritation you may incur from known or unknown allergens. Our products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. It is not meant to diagnose, prevent, treat, or cure any disease.

We only ship to U.S. addresses. Please inquire prior to ordering for outside countries. All items will be shipped through USPS Priority Mail, which takes 4 to 7 days from when we ship but could be longer. All charges are calculated for U.S. only. We normally ship 48 hours after the order is placed and payment has been processed but could be longer during holiday seasons. If we are out of stock at the time order is placed, we will reach out to you with details of the shipment. All orders will contain a tracking number after we ship them. All orders are shipped in a custom box. Shipping is calculated in real-time. When there is no real-time available shipping, there is a flat fee of $10 per box which is subject to change based on the number of boxes and size.  We will contact you based on your order. Don't hesitate to get in touch with us if you would like to know what your shipping will cost. If you are local and would like to pick up your order, message us for a code to not pay for shipping.
