Thank you so much for visiting our website and purchasing our bath and body products.  We love and appreciate all of our customers.  Please read the following policies to make sure that everyone understands how our business works.

Payments:  We currently use Square for all our transactions done through our website.  We love Square because it is fast easy and keeps all information safe and secure.  They never share your information with us unless you opt-in for our newsletter.  This will keep you safe while on our site.

Privacy:  Information that is provided to us by our customers will always be confidential.  We never sell or give out your information to anyone or any organization.  We do keep your email on file for sending you our newsletter that will contain information, and promotions.  You will always have the option to unsubscribe at any time.

Design: We make all our products handmade and in small batches, no two bars of soap will be the same in shape, size, or weight.  Please accept the differences in our designs.

Shipping: We only ship to U.S. addresses. Please inquire prior to ordering for outside countries. All items will be shipped through USPS Priority Mail, which takes 4 to 7 days from when we ship but could be longer. All charges are calculated for U.S. only. We normally ship 48 hours after the order is placed and payment has been processed but could be longer during holiday seasons. If we are out of stock at the time order is placed, we will reach out to you with details of the shipment. All orders will contain a tracking number after we ship them. All orders are shipped in a custom box. Shipping is calculated in real-time. When there is no real-time available shipping, there is a flat fee of $10 per box which is subject to change based on the number of boxes and size.  We will contact you based on your order. Please contact us if you would like to know what your shipping will cost. If you are local and would like to pick up your order, message us for a code to not pay for shipping.  

 

Refund and Returns:  Due to the nature of our business and where we are as a country, we will not be accepting any returns that are open.  If you have received the wrong item or your package is damaged, please contact us for further instructions to receive a product.  Once you open the product we will not accept it for return or refund.  Our products are personal items and we are sure you understand why we can not accept returns, but please reach out to us and we will work with you for a solution.

Candles Only: There is a 14-day return for candles that have not been used. Once we receive the unused candle you will receive store credit.

Computer error:  We reserve the right to cancel any order that was an error in our system.  For example, if we price our soap for $.05 instead of $5.00 and you buy a million of them at $0.5 then we have the right to cancel your order due to computer or human error.  We will reach out to you before the order is canceled.

Precautions: As with any soap, keep it out of your eyes or it will sting (rinse thoroughly with plain water if this occurs), and discontinue use if irritation develops. Be sure to check the ingredients if you have allergies. Be aware that some soaps have ingredients that may bother sensitive skin (cinnamon, citrus, mint, etc.), and that exfoliants can be scratchy. Soap is slippery when wet, so take care not to step on a wet bar while in the shower. And finally, we know the soaps smell really good, but please do not eat the soap.

Shelf Life:  Soaps do not have a shelf life.  In fact, they get better with age.  Use unopened lotions, oils, or deodorant within one year of purchase.  Once opened use within 6 months.  Do not store in sunlight.

Disclosure: It is the responsibility of the user of our soaps to make sure they are not allergic to our products. Everyone’s skin is different and you must test soaps as you would anything else. If you are known to have sensitive skin, please test the soap on a small part of your arm for a few days before using it all over. We are not responsible for an allergic reaction, skin sensitivity, and/or irritation you may incur from known or unknown allergens. Our products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. It is not meant to diagnose, prevent, treat, or cure any disease.
